I was playing as Judas, got the knife piece and exited the mirror, but got stuck as the Lost, even after entering the mines.

You have to clear a room then it goes back to normal

Break your Mantle at least once and then clear a room.

I know how it works, and it should go back to normal the second you exit the mirror with the knife piece.
