Greedier Mode Still Sucks
I am surprised that despite all the changes to old mechanics, Greedier Mode is completely unchanged even after all the hate it got when Afterbirth+ came out and Ultra Greedier being one of the worse bosses in the entire game. Surely there should have been the addition of more money per wave (to counter the harder and more numerous waves) in order to continue the risk/reward aspect of Greed Mode. All it results in is not being able to get items, having less health and having to spend the smaller amount of money you have on health. It just cripples the player rather than makes the game "harder".

I actually enjoy the Ultra Greedier fight, its super fun & challenging even though its super difficult & I have a hard time beating him.
The waves on the other hand suck balls. Some characters are completely unbalanced in that mode. I agree that greedier mode sucks, the wave are just fake-difficulty most of the time

My main issue with Ultra Greedier is that it doesn't do anything new. Ultra Greed himself is one of my favourite bosses, despite the coin drop attack sometimes having very little indication of where they'll land. But Ultra Greedier just goes "haha coins go boom" and makes everything explosive, which if you have explosive immunity makes the fight a joke, but otherwise is just nigh-on impossible to dodge. The mode seemingly had no actual effort or thought put into it which, considering the amount of effort put into Repentance, I thought it would have been changed.

It's really just disbalanced waves with numerous absurd champion combos, like hell, even if you stop timer it's still like 2+ minutes to clear all mess and get same bs after pressing button again
I have tried to beat greedier on some bad characters without d20 but you have to be mega lucky with not just with items but waves since even with good items you can still lose alot of hearts against some waves (like legit 5 tears 6+ dmg is not enough)
D20 break still works atleast

Especially if you get that champion type that can repel your tears, like it's not a difficult champion, just tedious ESPECIALLY when combined with other champions that have higher health or regenerate.

Maybe if the 1st floor gold item room didnt require a key tho mode might feel alot better
Almost no items, besides Mega Mush ig spawn in the white item room that give you enough of a dps boost to balance the absurd waves

Is it hard to run from corner to corner and shoot Ultra Greedier? 0o This mode is the easiest, though maybe there will be problem with basement floor.

It's not really trolling. What is the problem with Ultra Greedier fight? Staying in one corner wait his jumping, go to another corner, stay there and shoot while he's staying, then again. As I said the hardest floor is basement, until you get damage or tears up in opened treasure room.

To me the problem is simply the fact that the shots are explosive. Previously you can dodge between tears, now you can't and the size of the area that damages you increases exponentially. Otherwise as I said, the fight is just lazy: no real new attacks to learn, let's just make every single one explosive. The fight seems to be created specifically for characters with lots of health, which when you consider the Keeper and the Lost and especially now with Tainted Lost, it's a challenge that is far beyond so many players unless you cheese the fight.
