Any tips for unlocking Bethany?

I am struggling to unlock her and i need some tips to help me out plz. :)

Seeds prevent unlocks, forget that.

Focus on dodging. If you don't get hit, you can't die. Easier said than done, I know.

Just keep doing it, while you're playing/failing. You'll improve.
Also, a little bit of luck if you're having too much trouble.

Complete the Backasswards challenge to unlock Anemic's range upgrade. Other than that, any possible advice is just general BoI advice rather than specific to unlocking Bethany.

Restart until you get a good first item. Afterwards, just play safely, bomb rocks with an X on them and always look up what items do if you are not sure as picking the wrong combination could end your run. You only have to beat Mom's Heart/It Lives, so it shouldn't take too long.

You only need to kill Mom's Heart with pre-death Lazarus. Bible can definitely help, since it allows you to skip both mom boss and mom's heart.

As others have said, you only need to beat Mom's Heart without dying. Lazarus has the same stats as Isaac, so if you can do it with Isaac without the D6, you can do it with Lazarus. It just might not be a first try.
