How do I enable that ??

PC -> Documents -> My Games -> Binding of Isaac (version) -> options.ini. Change ''EnableDebugConsole'' to 1. Afterwards, go into the game, open the console and use the giveitem command to give yourself items. Then you just have to exit the game and change EnableDebugConsole to 0. You can continue your run with achievements.

I miss the binding of isaac website where it would disable steam and allow me to download the comand console in 4 seconds

Thanks, I have 313 hours in BOI. And the circumstances for obtaining the lost never presented themselves. I probably had the page at one point and decided not to end an otherwise good run. But after a recent 5 hours straight of playing up till floor 6 searching for the page, and then restarting I was just done.

I have so many trinkets unlocked that even when I had a fortune teller machine pop out 30+ trinkets till it finally blew up, on a floor with a sacrifice room I still didn't get the missing poster.

There really should be some increased chance for a shop to sell the poster until the lost is unlocked. At least once you've beaten it lives or something.

Thank you! I've got 200+ hours in this game and I've come across the poster a few times since Repetence ... but I didn't want to end my run and figured it'd be easy enough to get again. I haven't seen it in the past 30 hours of playing.
