Help to unlock the lost

Hi guys, i need help for unlock the lost. I dont know what i am doing wrong but i dont get it.
I'm doing the method of dying with the four different characters, that may not be the way?, I guess the version I have is the rebirth but I doubt, as I know what method I should follow?. I also have the question if to unlock it you need to play in difficult hard or normal. If anyone can help me, it would be a big help to me, thank you very much.

Do you have any of the DLC (Afterbirth Afterbirth + Repentance?) Or do you just have Rebirth? You say you have rebirth but either I'm not sure what that means or I'm not thinking clearly as of right now.

To be sure of which version you play: read what's written on the "press start" screen. If it says anything other than Rebirth, you're wasting your time trying the 4-deaths method. Unlock the Missing Poster trinket by killing the Lamb as Isaac, find it, then kill yourself on the spikes of a Sacrifice room while holding it. Doesn't matter if it's on normal or hard.

I have all the dlc, afterbith afterbith + and repentance, but on the game icon puts the binding os isaac rebirth so I thought the method I should follow is that of the four deaths.

AB, AB+ and Rep are expansions of Rebirth, not other games. That's why Steam shows "rebirth" in the game name.
Forget the 4-deaths method.

Bro just kill yourself in the sacrifice room with a Missing Poster

Best way to unlock it is using Mom's Box to get the missing poster. Then suicide in the sacrifice room.
