1001% achievement

I just randomly got this unlocked even though I am no where near getting it, why is this?

There are a good few 100% completion achievements in Isaac. You must've gotten the 100% achievement for the Afterbirth achievements. Meaning you've gotten the items for all base characters excluding Apollyon, Forgotten, Bethany and Jacob and Esau.

I got the achievement without doing any of that. I think the game just looks at the amount of secrets you get and then gives you a completion achievement accordingly. I think it's like 275 secrets needed for 1001%.

Yeah that's basically what it is. Around 276 secrets and it popped for me and several others whose profiles I've checked. Sometimes it doesn't but I'm fairly certain that would be a bug.

I think Repentance changed it as I remember getting 1001% when I actually got the first 276 achievements back in my 1,000,000% AB+ file. Yet here I got it when I never touched characters like The Keeper. I think they changed it so that it's now based on the number of secrets and not what the secrets actually are. Either that or it's a bug.
