Flesh door not spawning if i get and Angel/Devil deal?

i did a couple of runs today going to corpse, after getting the knife pieces and fighting mom, the door leading to corpse doesn't spawn if the Angel or Devil deals spawn.

Is there a hidden condition for it not to spawn or is it just a bugged because of the other doors?

You killed Mom in the Mausoleum, right? Just to be sure, since the flesh door can't spawn on Depths anyway. (Or their variants, obviously.)

Nope. for those runs i wasnt in the Mausoleum + You sure it doesnt spawn on depths? i never go there yet i go to the corpse, so i could have sworn it does, but i guess i am not paying attention..
