A possible break?

When golden pill gets vurp and You havent used another pill before, it will drop a golden pill. Lets say you get phd, than it should always be good. Now lets say you are the keeper with restock. If there is a hematemesis in the pill pool than it should just keep spawning coins. Only bad thing that can happen is explosive diarrhea or a telepill into a error room.

it's unrelated though, phd still removes bad pill effects

Golden Pill still have a chance to be used up, but you can certainly make it a lot easier to break the game with the Endless Nameless trinket.

Vurp --> Vurp with Endless Nameless still breaks the game as well. Or Blank Rune spawning another Blank Rune + another one from Endless Nameless with a bit of luck. Then just D20, the mother of all gamebreaks.
