I can't unlock The lost

I tried to get him in eveway. Before repentance i using seeds from some website, not work. In repentance i tried died on normal runs and nothing. First was issac, then Magdalene, after azazel and Judas. I know i can use that missing paper, but first you must find it, and them find sacrifice room, but when i tried in afterbirth i just die. I don't know what to do, maybe this is a bug?

You can't use seeds to unlock stuff. Also you only need to die in the sacrifice room and kill yourself in there. You dont need yo do that "die as x from y" any more

His unlock condition was changed in afterbirth, now you *have* to die in a sacrifice room while holding the missing poster. The old complicated method doesn't work anymore.

You can also try getting Mysterious Paper trinket (dropped by Divorce Papers). You have a small chance that on the exact frame of death Mysterious Paper will have an effect of Missing Poster.

With Tainted Cain, you can easily craft Divorce Papers to acquire Mysterious Paper (or,a bit harder, Mom's Box and try to drop trinket with that).

So I did challenge Isaac awakening and i finally got missing poster. I went to closest sacrifice room and i died, and was nothing happen next.
