Missing Item

Hey, there's something I've been wondering about. Before Repentance, I had a 100% save file from rebirth-Afterbirth, just not some of +. Ever since Repentance came out, I've had a missing item on my item page, specifically the second to last item on the third page. After Missing Page 2, before Smart Fly. The placement on the item list suggests that it was an item from base Rebirth, but I had all of them before. It's probably not a bug, because I've talked to one of my friends with Repentance, who also previously had 100% and is missing the same item. Online, I've checked the item list and there's no item at all in that spot, nor have I been able to find any information about it online. Does anyone know what's up with this? What I might be missing?

could that be the clear rune? Clear rune was given to a rebirth era id

yep, clear rune is id 263, between missing page and smart fly
clear rune is functionally identical to blank card and placebo, except it mimics runes. this used to be possible with blank card, but runes were made their own pickup category, partly because 17 runes were added in this expansion

Oh okay, seems kinda weird it got stuck with the Rebirth items (what unused item did it replace?) But thank you for the answers!

It didn't replace anything. The id number was just unused for some reason, there never was an item here.
