Done with tainted lost

I finally completed him and I have to say that unlocks weren't worth the effort. For playing this character for about 30 hours straight haunted chest or lost rune that is just a hanged man with more steps.

I guess that the only one that I actually like is guppy's drawing and crystal key. A little bit dissapointing compared to any other character unlocks like soul of lilith. What do you think

Sacred Orb is pretty good, and Ghost bombs are not that bad

The actual disappointing unlocks have to go to Tainted Eden for me, only the soul of eden & the reverse tarot card is worth unlocking I think

Completion. Getting all of the achievements is more addicting then doing drugs for some people.

To be fair at firsst I thought that I don't want to do this because it is not worth my effort... but damn I love 100% this game. death certificate should be enough to make me happy.

So in a nutshell I wanted to do the hardest stuff first so I can make my runs more relaxing in a future. and it works

people would be saltier if the unlocks were too good for tainted lost, they'd feel obligated to play them. they're not good, and that's better. better. Also spark is a douche.

The Lost had some great unlocks but yeah now it seems like Tainted Lost really just gives... pretty bad ones. Crystal Key is good, and the ghost bombs, but everything else is pretty bad. Diluting the rune pool with his rune isn't very fun either. I thought it'd at least give you a free devil deal, but it don't.

Wow that's awful. I thought it'd be worth to unlock since the wiki states it gives you the strengths and weaknesses of the lost.

The Isaac discord is guessing that it's meant to give you a free DD in the same vein as the lost or even Tainted Jacob, but it's bugged rn.
If not, then it's just a glorified Hanged Man card that allows you to escape a curse room for free.

Ironic when godhead is unlocked by beating all bosses in hardmode with the lost

Nah, id say the opposite. Challenge characters are justified by the fact that they hide most of the better unlocks in the game. Look at Keeper for example. Most of his unlocks are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ which makes playing him even more pointless.
