Potential Mysterious Paper Bug

So, i've been trying to unlock The Lost for while after Repentance and i started theorizing about a new method with Tainted Cain and crafting Divorce Papers to get the Mysterious Paper and having a 1/4 chance to unlock it. Since it's a cheap craft, i thought it was worth it. Well, i lost count on how many times i died in the spikes of the sacrificial room (definetly 10+ deaths) and the unlock never came, i know the Paper is working because i alredy got the other 3 effects when getting hit. I already have the Missing Poster unlocked and i'm not with anything that stops unlocks.

The Lost might just need the actual Missing Poster trinket to be unlocked. If he does not, it's still a very low chance to gain the MIssing Poster effect while killing yourself with Sacrifice Room spikes. "10+" times is nothing. It's only a chance to proc every other frame and it can still be a paper effect, that isn't Missing Poster. It's definitely not as high as a 1/4 chance overall everytime you die in a Sacrifice Room.

hmm.. I think this will be easier to craft Mom Box and praise rng to have missing poster than having chances to proc 25% the missing poster from mysterious paper.

Well, Mom's Box is more expensive, and its 1 in 180+ trinkets to get the Missing Poster, i tried the Mom's Box for 2 days and never got the poster. I just got it on the first try after posting this

Try with Placebo + School bag + 48 hour energy pill's + Mom' box, you have a high chance to have Missing poster. Or continue with Mysterious paper, but for more try, craft a Dead Cat ?

It's not a bug, you just weren't lucky with the random chance. Just get Missing Poster. Holding that and dying to the sacrifice spike will unlock the Lost.

Gotta write here for good luck, can't get lost with Mysterious Paper too, and i already did a whole run of Mom's Box+Bethany with like 30+ trinkets, no missing poster.

Edit. 3rd try after writing the message, Lost unlocked.
