How beating Challenge 45

Doesn't matter which items I get, there is always at least one "buff" that hurts me for no reason. It's the hardest challenge for me (I beat almost all).

It's a challenge that definitely overstays its welcome after the first 2 minutes. Not the high point of Repentance's design. I've been told that the best thing to do is restart for an extremely overpowered starting item and then never pick up anything else.

Just keep playing until you find an overpowered item. I did this challenge on my first try because I got an item that transformed every enemy except bosses into giant missiles. I then accidentally lost that item but ended up finding something even more broken that caused a pill to spawn every time I used a pill and every time I picked up a pill. The result? Endless balls of steel pills and stat boosters.

Basically, stop picking up items once you've found a run-winner. And you will find a run-winner after a few tries, up to and including literally spawning an end chest for you.

You need to find an item that damaging enemies and u can use it infinitely
