Apollyon in greedier mode is the worst experience i've ever had with the game *rant*

So i've done alot of things in this game, 100000% afterbirth+ etc, alot of the challenges were very difficult (especially the one that just spammed Bloat every floor) , unlocking Godhead was a challenge, but abolutely none compare to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that is Apollyon in Greedier mode, he is completely unbalanced for that mode. The only time I ever beat it was by dropping Void & picking up D20. Your base stats are so abysmal that you'll just get overwhelmed & bodied by enemies on the 1st 2 floors. ik hes not a bad character & actually pretty strong & fun on normal mode, but imo I kinda think he needs a small buff to his early game as Greedier mode really highlights how underpowered he is

Use the range and ability to go through rocks the red flies have.

How? Silver treasure room pulls items from the boss pool.

It appears in the silver treasure room but its been weighted to be 5 times rarer then all other items.

Ps: Most of greed modes item pools are mostly unchanged in repentance.

Honestly, lost is 1000x better & easier at greed mode than Apolyon imo. You can play very, very safe with him

obviously The Lost has the whole 1 hit death mechanic, but you can press the button every wave & only have to deal with 1 wave at a time without losing any hp. Plus you can hide behind rocks & stuff & not have to deal with most of the enemies in the 1st few floors. Plus free Devil Deals are amazing (in Afterbirth+)
I imagine Tainted Lost being a much different story tho
