When you shoot by holding shootable buttons, you produce clots, which copies your tears. But you produce them at cost of tour health. By using sumptorium, you suck those clots back, granting your health back.

Best sometime just tap shoot your tears, if you don't want any unnecessary loss of health. But you can build your army and its fun.

Any excess healing is now a tear multiplier, with no cap and multiplicative stacking with everything else. Repentance changes means that there are likely to be a LOT of excess red heart drops. If an item that heals on pickup drops, empty your red hearts until it will heal you to full. If it's a full heal, empty out all your red hearts. If it's Sacred Heart, it's even more of a won run than Sacred Heart usually is (Mega Satan ran out of summons before he got a chance to attack).

The clots should be produced only when u press r2 and attack together, the char is worst then tainted lost or jacob cuz of that, and her attack speed suck ass XD

You can just stop shooting every couple of seconds. It's nowhere near the micromanagement issues of J&E, even though it uses the same control scheme (the clots are immune to floor hazards and spiked rocks and such, to say nothing of the fact that nothing in particular happens when they die).
