Didn't Get a Platinum God Achievement :(

I was going for the original Platinum God achievement for Rebirth, and got all the achievements minus the Lost items. However, I didn't receive it. Did the conditions change with the DLCs? The wiki says I just need to unlock all other items, secrets, and endings minus the Lost, which I thought I did, gauging my achievement list.

Edit: Turns out I needed to collect the Clear Rune, since it sorted with all the other Rebirth items.

Did you pick up all the items at least once? That's a requirement too.

Ah, I have to pick them up as well? I thought just unlocking would suffice. In that case, I haven't yet

Yes, you have to physically pick them up. You don't need to use them, but touch and acquire the item.

Well, I've picked them all up (or so the collection page says) and I still didn't get the achievement. The only unlockables and secrets I didn't get are for the Lost. Am I missing something else?

I'm pretty sure you also have to get them for the Lost in the most recent version anyway.

But doesn't that defeat the purpose of the Real Platinum God achievement?

Only the ones related to the Lost, which the wiki says doesn't matter until Real Platinum God. There's also the Clear Rune that I haven't gotten yet that's among the other Rebirth items for some reason, but that came with Repentance

I know that, I'm talking about the first Platinum God, which the wiki says I don't need the Lost unlocks for

I did all the challenges as well. I just haven't unlocked the Lost secrets yet. Doing that now.

Edit: I realized that if I do have to unlock the Lost's Secrets, I'm gonna have to get Godhead

Necroing the discussion, but it turns out that I had to collect the Clear Rune to get the Platinum God achievement. Just wanted to comment to clarify I guess
