BUG??: Beat Mother twice, but didn't get a single unlock

I beat Mother on two separate occasions, once with (i think) Cain, and just recently with Lilith. But I didn't get any symbol on the sticky note for each character where it shows what you completed, and I didn't unlock any Steam achievements. I wasn't playing on any seeded runs, the debug console is off, and I still unlock other items and get other Steam achievements.

I have access to other Repentance items too, and the alternate floors, basically everything except the things that come from and after Mother. So I'm locked out of going to Home or getting Jacob and Esau. No idea what to do or why it's happening, but I haven't seen anyone else mention this at all.

Dude at that point id literally just cheat engine yourself to the home, sounds like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug, you did the work, just cheat engine that ♥♥♥♥ once to get the unlock, who cares, its Single player.

The unlock is given after you jump into the ending chest for her but I assume you already were doing that.

Were you doing a victory lap? Nothing post it note unlocks on victory laps.

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- (AB+) Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- (Rep) Enabling the debug console in the config files.
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

I know my recent win was off a victory lap...I didn't know that disqualified unlocks. I believe I was on a victory lap both times I beat Mother. I'll have to try again then. Thanks for the information!

I think I was with both runs, I definitely was with my recent Lilith run. I'll try again without a victory lap, thanks! Hopefully that'll be it, really don't wanna start an entirely new save file.
