Achivements in victory lap

Can i unlock new items or characters if i go on victory run?

No, you can only get the achievements directly related to Victory Laps. To get them all, you have to beat 3 Victory Laps in a row and start a fourth one. There's nothing else to do in Victory Laps, completion wise.

nah, the only item that allows you to still unlock them is with the R key item thats similar to victory laps but allows you to actually get achievements

i dunno i just tried it with my friend today and we didnt have crossed cup on the hud. So thats why im questioning

Yeah, it doesn't have that mark but achievements are still disabled.
