How do i get Bone Hearts?

How many sources of bone hearts in the game and with what percent they drop normally after room clearing? I want to craft Rock Bottom.

first of all, just in case ill let you know that you need to unlock rock bottom in order to craft it

and bone hearts are unlocked by unlocking forgotten

bone hearts themselves are super rare, don't rely on room drops

pretty sure either fanny pack or slot machines heart drops have a chance to be replaced by bone hearts.
dont think used bandage has this effect even tho it can drop hearts

For anyone finding this on google like I did, there is actually an insanely consistent way to get bonehearts: turns out the consumables an item gets converted into when you pick it up is based on the room you're in, not the recipe of the item/ it's natural pools. Further, when you craft an active when you already have an active, the old one's drops are evaluated according to the room you're in. All you need to do is craft an active when you already have an active inside a secret room. E.g. 8 pennies is portable slot.
