Huge Growth Achievement Question

Greetings,

I need to complete the "Huge Growth" Achievement and had a few questions:
1. It says "XI - Strength" works. This card only temporarily makes the character larger for the room. So does every time I use "XI - Strength" add to this counter or would it have to be done multiple times in the same room and/or as the final increase?
2. Do Size Down items adversely affect this achievement?
3. Reseting Lazarus until he gets a Size Up pill seems to be the play. What else should I try doing in my run to get this achievement unlocked?
4. Anything else I need to know in order to complete this bogus achievement?

little baggy o pills, mom's bottle of pills and placebo help (all 3 are shop item, so check them if you can), if you already know one makes you larger is in the pool. best sources of pills are : super secret rooms, bedrooms and red chests. safety cap gives better pill droprate, i don't think size down counteracts anything, strength probably only counts for last, maybe multiple stack tho. resetting on laz is probably the best strat if you solely want that unlock

Your character needs a certain size, so that it gets the bonus stompy if I don't recall wrong.
So anything that sizes the character down is a hindrence.
Acid Baby wasn't mentioned, it drops pills every few rooms.(If I got the name right.)
Magic Mushroom will up your size as well.(The one with all stats up.)
The tables with the mirror which changes the appearences of your character have moved in room, though I would try to see if you find some of them, they are in the rooms with beds now I read, and in Front of Hush there should still be one, bomb those.
Do avoid Deck of Cards.
Check unknown pills with Placebo if possible.
Double Active is usefull when playing Placebo.
Strength does only count for the room, that is right and it's not possible to stack the size, through multiple Strength cards.

stompy is just a transformation that triggers after 3 specific size ups (pills, magic mush and leo), if you get stompy it means you just need 2 more and you're there (unless you have leo, then it's 3 cause leo doesn't count toward huge growth's unlock)
(the wiki also says that multiple strength do count)

If it states that, then it's most likely like that.....

Still the effect only lasts for the room, so you should be sure, that you use it as last tool to achieve the size.
