Whose Idea was it to pay 2 hearts to get to next floor?

This makes me soo anxious. First of all you have to take the second part of the key which already dumb and after that pain you have to give Edd your 2 hearts... WHY

When you are in front of this door, you should have a lot of health (between five hearts and full health). Think it as a devil deal if you have blue/black heart (permanently lose hearts) and as being damage twice with red hearts (coz the red heart canister are not removed so you can regen then). It's not the end of the world. And on the next floors, you will find health up and hearts before entering Mother.

NO... on next floor i wont find ♥♥♥♥ xdd. But if you are taking devil deals like me... I play on low heath usually and this ♥♥♥♥ makes devil deals soo bad. But i hate angels rooms....

Yeah, low-health play has been nerfed into the ground even WITHOUT taking the Mausoleum door into account. If you're still trying to force it then that's your own fault.

Welp, that's too bad.
Keep in mind, low health play is still viable, but it just depends on your items. Devil deals are still amazing, you just need to play well and keep health reserves high.

There is only one character where that's even slightly an issue, and that's the Tainted Keeper. But then again, is it that hard to keep 2 coins on the floor?
Also both Losts can go through the door for free.

Angel deals are good now though.

sorry but what? there are plenty of times where i had exactly 2 hearts (or less) by then because the game was stingy with HP up items or the game decided to give me health down/bad trip pills.
