Inside are save folders for each iteration of the game, you've played before. If you have every available DLC, the only C:\Users\*yourname*\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance\ is important.
Just drag 'n drop the folder onto an USB stick.
I'm an old fart who only trusts manual backups, but Steam itself also has a Cloud-Saving feature. If enabled, all you gotta do is...nothing. The last automatically uploaded savegame will be automatically downloaded again, whenever you launch the game. This syncs saves across multiple devices without you having to do anything, if switching between different computers.
Edit: If the Steam-Cloud service is already in use, you may find your latest save at x:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*YourSteamAccountID*\250900\remote\ instead.
"x:\" = whatever drive Steam is installed at.
