Why is this item "bugged" if I don't have TMtrainer?
It could've been a good secret room item

Funny enough despite having unlocked that effect, I don't think I've ever seen it happen.

Only time I remember seeing it was on a lets play by northernlion, where you see the item normally then it glitches out.
