Binge Eater Bug - Forgotten run

I've just found out that when you picked up binge eater after you started to unlock the forgotten and you finished boss rush to get second piece of shovel, you can't get out from room, there's no exit and only way to get out is the fool or telepills. Maybe that happend to me only, i dont know.

shouldnt you be able to make an exit with the finished shovel
but yeah that's still a glitch
