Hypercoagulation?
Does this item only work on red hearts? I have seen it in a few runs, but I never got it because I was using a character without a lot of (or any) red hearts.

Thanks. I came across it in a later run. Imagine my chagrin upon losing a soul heart and dropping a red heart.
