Uhm, Corpse mother bug (?) HELP!!

So, with repentance i can finally get my happy ending, but since you need to kill mother in corpse to unlock the ascend ending i was trying so hard on killing her.

Finally got myself the dub by beating her with Azazel and later with Isaac.

But here is where the problem happend. As far as i know you should unlock a character, and the new door to do the house ending, the thing is: I didn't got even one of those two achievements.. i tried to rerun her with Isaac but nothing still.. I don't know if it's a bug, i never used mod and i restarted the game with a new fresh save just in case.. but i got myself somehow in this situation

What can i do? help

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Enabling the console before Mom is killed once on that save (even if you don't use it).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

None of the things in this list got into my progress, cause just a second before killing corpse mom i unlocked the new zones, i did all of it in one session. And i unlocked ashpit and dross before, that's why i was a little worried when i got myself out of that nightmare without nothing..

I didn't got the completion mark too when killing corpse mom, but i wasn't on a victory lap, never used seeds and any mods or console commands :/

If in doubt, console does exist to unstick weird bugs like this.

Somehow now it's working, i restarted the game, when i got into the corpse i unlocked rotten hearts, i died on mom, but now i think it's working, thanks anyway for your kindness guys, that was a very weird bug
