They have the same stats... what the hell??

You can't normally get the same item twice in a run, and basic stat-up effects like this one don't like that fact. For similar reasons, Repentance has eight basic food items that are only different if you have Binge Eater (base Rebirth "only" had six, but didn't have Binge Eater).
