I seem to have better luck hitting enemies with orbital tears shooting in the opposite direction.

TP is meant to be mixed. The synergies are INSANE especially Brimstone, Death's Touch or even A Lump of Coal. With enough tear power, shot speed and range...you become a cloud of destruction.

One's like Polyphemus, Chocolate milk, Monstro's Lung or Fetus will ruin it.
