Bestiary (Бестиарий)
При убийстве Blue Gaper не засчитывает его в бестиарий. Или его нужно убить где то в другом месте,а не у босса Hush? Может кто сталкивался с такой проблемой?

You guessed right: Hush's Blue Gapers do not count, you have to find them on other floors as regular monsters.

According to the wiki:
Rare small rooms (closets) in Basement, Depths, or Necropolis.
Rarely in Bedrooms and ERROR rooms.
