Using debug console disabled my achievements indefinitely

So I looked everywhere but I can't seem to find a solution for this. I have a pretty advanced save on switch and bought Isaac and dlcs recently on steam. Naturally not wanting to reset my progress so I tried using debug console just to catalog most items. After that the trophy icon with a slash wouldn't leave no matter what I did. Any ideas or is it a permanent penalty?

It's impossible to disable unlocks/achievement permanently.

Do not use any mod before the first Mom kill on that save (= unlocking the Womb). They prevent unlocks before that point, but nothing afterwards.

I also thought of that idea as ridiculous but in practice that's just what's happening. After some research I learned that thing about not using anything before beating Mom once.

I've tried deleting the saves in-game, the save files in the appropriate folder, reinstalling the game, no dice.

I'll put the full list then, to be sure.

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

If you are in any of those situations (except the last one since it isn't in-game), the symbol appears. Leaving those situations (meaning: starting a regular, random run with no mod at all if before the Womb unlock) will remove the symbol.
If you're before unlocking the Womb on that save (secret number 4) and have any mod enabled in the mod menu, disable all of them for now. Doesn't matter what they do.

Yeah I found a mod on the mod folder that was not supposed to be there so I didn't even check I'm a dumbass tysm
