I really like the idea of the boss but some of the stuff needs to be fixed. Some of the transformations are just really poorly done. For example, it lives spawns eyes outside the screen completely outside your knowledge and then u get hit by lazer from nowhere. The worms also spawned on top of me. Even poop transformation is ridiculous as when it charges it prcatically teleports across the room...
Hush is childs play in comparison. Sure he requires a specific setup and slow attack speed is basically instant loss but damn, this guy, i had the remote thing that causes azazels shot to become a permanent controlable circle which is busted OP, i cleared almost entire game taking very very little damage, taking 0 damage on most bosses, and thats what allowed me to...ALMOST...beat delirium. My circle was randomly hitting him where he spawned after transformation, but if i had normal shots or brimstone the boss wouldve been impossible.
Delirium is the worst boss in the game due to being a giant buggy mess. I honestly think that it needs a complete redesign. An idea I had was that, instead of transforming into the bosses you fought in the run, it instead cycles between attacks themed around the bosses you fought. It would take a whole lot of work to create like 100+ unique attacks for a single fight, though.
I mean, they could just use the allready existing transformations and chose between the ones you fought. Considering how many bosses u fight on the way, especially in the void, it should still have a large pool of transformation choices, no new attacks needed.
Of course, doing it as ""The lost"". is still going to be a pain in the ass.
