[Spoilers] Sound effects

I want to know how I can get sound effects from this game. I really like the "heavenly chorus" sound effect that plays when Dogma transforms into it's second phase. Does anyone have a file for it, or at least a way I can get sound effects from the game itself?

you can extract the files of the game.
There is a tool for that located there:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\tools\RoomEditor

I can't get it to work, and it's all too complicated for my small brain

is there any way you could try extracting the sound effect for me?
