The Binding of Isaac Repentance DLC
Is it for Rebirth or Afterbirth?
Will it include any co-op features?

It's for Afterbirth+. Which requires Afterbirth to run.
So to play with Repentance, you'll need to own Rebirth (base game), AB (first expansion), and AB+ (second expansion). None of those is free, of course.

And no online coop within the game itself, won't happen, confirmed by Edmund.

Repentance will have full multi character multiplayer as confirmed by the games creator.

As in "players 2+ can control real character instead of baby-like things". Just to clarify.
