Completion Marks not unlocking

So pretty self explanatory. I've recently beaten the beast with Maggie and Samson. I've unlocked the achievements for these, but the completion marks do not appear. I've even tried going into stats and Pressing Alt + F2 to synch it up, but to on avail. Does anyone know why this might be and how to remedy it.

sounds more like the game can't save properly, make sure to check so the saves dont have write protection enabled.

I have the same problem, defeated mother with Bethany and tainted Isaac but no marks.

did you defeat alt path mom or the depths 2 / womb 2 mom ? you don't get any items/unlocks for the latter

My bad, I said mother but meant Beast, I have the achievement for Glitched crown, but right now I checked in the items menu, it should be next to Inner child, but its not there, it's still left blank with question mark.

This is frustrating, it happened to me with the Lost as well, so I had to beat Beast twice.
This really doesn't make me wanna go for the final bosses if there's a chance I will not get the reward.

The item appears as a question mark until you pick it up at least once - have you done that yet? If you got the pop-up for unlocking Glitched Crown it should be in the item pools

Good point, I didn't pick it up yet, so perhaps it is in the item pools. So I guess there is no harm done, but the Death certificate requires to have all hard completion marks on all characters, that's what bothers me. Is it coded to know which bosses I defeated or only to the post-it note that doesn't appear to show my progress properly...

Update: Checked the "secrets" tab and the secret for glitched crown should be number 491, but that says locked. I hate this game sometimes.
