Can't find blank card?

So I have already nearly 100 hours in Repentance, and still haven't been able to find a few items. They seem to be way less frequent, to the point of non-existent. Particularly blank card comes into my mind since I have NEVER seen it in the shop. Has anyone found it?

I have seen it once or twice in shop and secret room, but it is no longer something you would be very happy to see. It's okay if no better actives are available, and double using Sun in a serious boss fight is still nice.

Look for this item in secret rooms, where it's normally weighted.
Not really seeing why after it's nerf, but it's the 2nd most rare shop item by weight. Only Magic Skin is more rare as a shop item.

Yeah blank card barely shows up anymore, and for the times it does show up i cant find a use for it.

P.S. I know this has nothing to do with the question but did you lock ''THAT" thread because you have a different opinion now or because of something else? Honestly just curious. :)

I started a new profile with repentance, but had to alt+f2 after hours of trying to get blinding baby. It's been nerfed way too much, either keep the old charge bar, or the new drop chance.

Try buying Mom's Box whenever shows up in the shop. That did it for me. Good luck.
