I was so close to beating hard mode with lazarus...
i tried to use the bible on moms heart but i only had half a heart so i died from the blood wave after the kill :(

Well with enough practice killing Mom's Heart'll become relatively easy, but it does suck not getting the unlock.

Moms Heart is 1 of the easiest bosses in the game, don't worry you'll get there.

This is for the Bethany unlock by the sounds of it. Also, funny story but you might legitimately have gotten it anyway.

It's just a matter of practice, dodge and lose a few hearts, the greed mode is perfect for that.
