what is the use of reverse the fool and the The High Priestess?

While The High Priestess sucks ass, The Fool can be a really op card. Not only it's good if you have any way of rerolling pickups, but what makes it better, it can spawn pedestal items instead of pickups depending on how many coins/bombs you have. For example, 25 coins = A Quarter. Pop it up in any room with reroll machine (usually secret room) and get multiple items from it's item pool
