Challenge #41 not unlocking

I recently bought the new DLC's after not having played for a while, and when I try to access the Pika run challenge, it doesn't work, and I cant unlock it since It Lives has already replaces Moms Heart, before i could unlock anything.. Is there anyway to fix this?

have you unlocked the item Marbles? you need to unlock it as well for the challenge to be available

That's not how it works. Mom's heart and It lives! unlock the same things, it's just a reskin for the same boss with a little change in behaviour.

I always ask myself why ppl don't go on google, search for isaac challenge 41 and go on the wiki ? Is that harder than creating an entire topic ?
White column --> Unlock method --> Defeat Mom's Heart (btw it's the same as It lives, like The deadly Cutsman says) 11 times and Unlock Marbles.

Its the 4th or 5th topic about Challenge 41 -- If ppl learn to read and stop crying thinking it's a bug or the game is stupid....

Absolutely not new here, but the amount of lazy ppl that can't do something very simple is crazy.

You fight another version of Mom's Heart in the Alt path. That's what you need to kill to unlock Pika
