How can i beat Lamb under 20 minutes?

Can anybody please tell me the easiest way to beat Lamb under 20 minutes in order to get "ZIP" achivement?

A strategy to attempt is get a good run with the keeper going, then play a sacrifice room using leftover coins to heal, then get a teleport to the dark room, you need good items fast for under 20 mins.

A sacrifice room can teleport you to Dark Room after a bunch of uses, or something like Epic Fetus can help a lot when you can break through doors on your way there instead.

Worst-case scenario, debug console won't realistically stop unlocks involving The Lamb (I'm not saying it's impossible to get to a stage 6 boss without ever defeating Mom, I'm just saying anyone who tries it is clearly insane)

I got it with Maggie and a Sacrifice Room
Yum Heart + the starting Full health pill equals 7 hits, enough to test the Angel item + Angel room rolls. If you get unlucky, just restart.

10-11 hits should take you to the Dark Room where you can trade your HP containers. If you got the 7 soul heart chance in the 9th hit. you can trade all 4 hearts away and maybe some soul hearts.

If you're lucky you can snatch a couple of amazing Angel items (Revelation/Godhead/ Sacred Heart, only one of them is more than enough). Then the Devil items do the rest. Also you should also clear the first floor for more Yum Heart charges, hearts and the first Treasure + Boss items, 20 minutes is more than enough when you have to do only 2 floors.

Dark Judas with converter from the first shop ( you also need 15 coins or 7 if converter is discounted). You mash spacebar and rush bosses. Lamb killed in 7 minutes and delirium fell in 13. One of the quickest runs i had. A lot of resseting to get converter in the first ahop and a lucky secret room for the coins.

As chaos_prawn said, Azazel. He flies and kills enemies quickly. But I got this achievement before his nerf in Repentance, so I don't know how he performs right now.

Thanks guys. Got it with Azaael. Was quite difficult had to try about 10-15 times. Spirit sword and psy fly helped me a lot. Killed even Delirium by 19:10
