He's literally The Lost with Esau controls, but he only gets his Mantle if you have BFFs. Yeah, he's going to do a lot of dying.

Eh, a little different controls. More like Isaac's heart movement.
They really should rework rewards from this item. A few soul hearts for protecting this little ♥♥♥♥♥♥, really?

The best way to make lost soul worth anything, is not pick it up until the floor is done.

After that its largely a "non-item" like most of the beans, or steam sale on the greed shop floor, or rotten heart to tainted lost, or just like 20% of the treasure room pool.
