No, it basically turns you into the Lost version in the mirror world. Your health as your previous form is still counted, so devil deals aren't free. I guess a really important use would be Tainted Lost and Clear Rune, since playing as regular Lost would make a room easier than the Tainted version.

This is really reaching here, but you can use it in a boss fight at 1hp to give yourself an extra hit with the Holy Mantle effect. That's about it. It's like a glorified Hanged Man card.

I used it with T.Lost to have a holy mantle charge.
I had the D1 to make copies of it.
Felt nice.

In all fairness, Hanged Man is situational but very nice when that situation comes up. The new Rune Shard ensures that the pool is properly polluted with stuff that's probably worse (Berkano and Ehwaz; Hagalaz overlaps enough with one-room flight to be an either/or)
