Game won't launch since Repentance DLC
Hey guys! I have Repentance purchased and installed, and now the game crashes immediately on launch. I deleted my mods folder, reinstalled everything from scratch vanilla, no go.

My log for some reason doesn't show a stack trace, so I have no idea how to fix it:

Any help would be appreciated!

Hopefully an update soon perhaps? It would just be nice to see the stack trace at least!

might be a dumb question but did you unsubscribe from the mods on the steam workshop aswell? or did you just delete the mods folder?

Unsubscribed from all, not a dumb question though!

I have the same issue on Linux Mint. I dug up a log file, and it looks like it's an OpenGL issue on my end. I can't find confirmation, but maybe an update for Rebirth that went through along with Repentance switched the version of OpenGL it uses to one that isn't compatible with my graphics card.

I don't know if anything similar could be the issue in Windows.

I had a similar issue in AB+, try unsubbing from all your mods, then go into Documents/My games/Afterbirth+ mods and delete everything in that folder, fixed my game, hopefully it'll fix your game too.

already tried literally every fix under the sun :-/ looks to be a game issue not a user issue unfortunately

to add on, I even bought a fresh version of repentence (which included everything else) from the epic game store and STILL had the exact same issue

Pretty sure it's not user error either, as I completed those steps multiple times. I updated my graphics drivers as well, RX 580 here.
