There a guaranteed way to get Missing Poster?

I decided to finally unlock the Lost, but I haven’t seen this trinket ever since I unlocked it. There a way to guarantee getting it in a run or is it down to RNG?

Sadly no, all unlocks boil down to RNG, it'll eventually happen.
There's a guide that mentions "Mom's Box" has a decent chance of spawning it, however i can't vouch for it, but better than nothing.
It does appear in shops, combine it with "Pay to play" or isaac's "D6" and you have slightly better odds.

For me mom's box didn't work, I've got lucky and Eden started with missing poster, so finding sacrifice room was easy.

Mainly because it's a one of the few ways to generate trinkets.

The Missing Poster is a trinket, and the D6 can only reroll items. So sadly no, the D6 can't help for that.
I don't see how Pay to Play would help though. Sure you're not thinking of something else?

Something i had in a run recently allowed me to change an item into a trinket. That or something happened that shouldn't have.
