(btw I couldn't find a thread for 4.0.2 so im posting this here and this was also not mentioned in the patch notes) 7WYG3VRY -- im playing as tainted Lilith and i go down to dross 1 and 2 and on two I fight Clog and he did his spin attack halfway through the fight and forced me (because of high speeds) in between two rocks in the lower left hand corner, resulting in me having to bomb out and take unavoidable damage. the link below (https://imgur.com/a/fha0jLI) should take you to a screenshot me stuck between the rocks, thanks for listening and I hope this gets fixed.

Hi, the "Dream Catcher" doesnt work properly in greed mode (I think). I bought this Item in the shop and on the next floor preview it was showing the "Rainbow Baby" and "The Peeper" neither of these were in the gold room or the silver room and also not in the shop.

It is not a bug that is how 5 coins work

My game is crashing while going into void with Samson.

A minor visual bug in the final boss fight with The Beast, when using the unlockable item "Delirious" in the fight the background is turned red / black, however the bosses that appear and the obstacles in the second half of the fight appear as normal.

Edit: The image above is from my first playthrough with the item and first time experiencing the bug, I have recreated it with the debug console and it occurs every time with the item.

Parasite, when combined with trisagion and a tears stat higher than the the cap of 5, results in a game crash when too many tears are fired. I'm not sure if it's with trisagion specifically, or simply the combination of parasite with piercing and many tears being shot, but it is causing the game to freeze, then crash.

I killed Hornfel during the minecart phase the same frame he entered a door and it crashed my game. It was also during challenge 39 if that had anything to do with it.
