Easter Egg seeds aren’t being unlocked by the debug console

I entered “eggs” in the debug console.
Says it worked, didn’t work.

I’ve tried entering BASE MENT first to get the Easter eggs menu to show up.

I’ve tried pressing Enter to leave the console after it says it unlocked them all.

With the BASE MENT seed in the menu, exited the game, looked at the seed list, tried the console again, still no.
