how do I unlock the A Secret Exit achievement.

I had the same situation so I don't know for sure what unlocks it but a friend of mine has beaten hush and blue baby many times .... I 'm just going off of that wiki

But that Wiki is for Antibirth, I wouldn't assume the unlocks are the same.

Well, it says beat Hush 3 times. The achievement text says beat ??? three times.

Neither beating Hush nor Blue Baby seems to have worked for OP, so I don't know what is going on.

the boss that has 6 enemy spawns ... did either of you bomb the bosses skull that is on the ground at the end of the fight ... I bombed it thinking it might break open but it didn't.

maybe the unlock is just bugged for some people

if this is a bug i hope they fix it soon i am missing a lot of the DLC content

well, i've beaten hush 2 more times and it has given me the achievement.

I've beaten ??? three times and I am having the same problem. The achievement says "Complete ??? three times" Apparently there might be a floor named ??? idk.
