How do I reach this item surrounded by walls in a trapdoor?

I can't even pass through the wall as The Lost.

No, you can't bomb it and you can't fly up there.

Maybe Teleporter! Cuz they say that item now teleporting you the way that you are running.

I was thinking the same, but doesn't teleport have recharge time? If you use it, how you come back without batteries or other way to recharge?

I saw the sme room, maybe is a joke and you cant get it, because this crawlspace already have another accesible item

They put a lot of battery related items in game. Idk maybe we should use them for it actually double charge can make it.

2 speed and fly can get you clipped through either the roof or wall, from the right, and you can get there, and get out the same way, it's not really reliable, maybe not even intended , but the one time i saw this crawl space, i managed to get both item (and i even clipped through the floor, ended in an i am error room)

You can always use black rune/void to absorb it if you have those unlocked, or stitches to teleport in and out.

I have seen it to bombs dont work and i couldnt find any hidden paths through the walls. It would be pretty dumb if you have to have a certain 2 items out of 600+ to get it.
