How to unlock the other alternative characters.
I just have the broken/isaac

Wait i might be stupid, is unlocked by beating Greed mode with alternative isaac right?

Same as the first one. The only difference is that you have to drop your trinket at necropolis 2 in the item room. When you will come back there as you will go backwards a trinket will change into a broken key that you can use one time at a door like you unlocked the first alt character

So, you abandon the Shop key trinket somewere and when you are going back it changed into a new item that mou must bring to the same door were isaac was at home?
