What is wrong with the blue key trinket?

You just randomly get a Hush themed room upon entering a room.
nothing else, just more rooms to kill you.
why this trinket is just bad?
something im missing?

oh i get it now, every room that costs a key will be openned for free, but you will be frorced into a hushed room to fight some enemies.
this trinket is naughty good then, is like hairpin but doors instead of chests, also the hush room have room clear rewards
