Theres no problem you can get runs where you get no damage up or experimental treatment makes your damage 2.50. But so help me if you duplicate strong cards
Psy Fly protecting you from every shot on Hush Fight while you stand still isn't a good thing, even with cooldown it's still gonna help with all rooms, only not being able to fully protect you on some long boss fights. Still should be atleast A tier item.
While idk why d1 is being nerfed, I'll guess it has something to do with new cards and how in combination you can spawn like 100 secret room items in a run. Little too much for quality 2 item especially after all this Blank Card nerf. Tho I can't see how they could really nerf it, adding more charges can't help. Item quality 4?
So if you used D1 on, let's say, a dime... It wouldn't always create another dime but a random penny (could be a nickel, a lucky penny etc.)
For me the most powerful item is ' I'm drowsy ' pill (Era walk card). It helped me to complete a lot of marks for Lost and ab+ Keeper. Hope it won't be nerfed.
Since rep release, slow effect on bullets no longer murders their range
Unlike bible which effect comes from original game.
Also, an item that is op because it's bugged or doesn't work as intented (for example Psy Fly or Alabaster Box for Tainted Cain before it was fixed) =/= an item that is designed to be overpowered (Echo Chamber, Rock Bottom)
Because the game was clearly never tested. And this is one of the least noticeable instances, too.
I mean, surely creating a game so big isn't easy, but really Repentance could have used a few more months just to test it thoroughly.

Also, don't forget Repentance has been already delayed more than once, because devs wanted to polish something more. Bugs exist and will exist and it's simply nearly impossible to make a game with ZERO bugs or exploits. Especially if we're talking about a game like Isaac, with hundreds of various interactions between items, enemies, environment etc.
